TOOLBOX
Mental health stories matter — especially when they come directly from young people. Changing Minds was created to help youth ages 15–25 share honest stories through film, creativity, and conversation in ways that challenge stigma and build understanding.
Too many people living with mental health concerns struggle in silence, afraid of being judged or misunderstood. Changing Minds believes that storytelling can create connection, empathy, and hope. By bringing together students, educators, artists, and advocates, we can help create communities where mental health is talked about openly and compassionately.
This toolbox includes resources, activities, and conversation starters designed to support mental health awareness and encourage meaningful dialogue.
CHANGING MINDS CHANNEL
The Changing Minds Channel features powerful short films created by young people exploring mental health, identity, stigma, recovery, and community. Educators, advocates, and youth leaders can use these films to spark honest conversations and create safer spaces for dialogue.
Explore curated playlists, filmmaker spotlights, and discussion-ready content for classrooms, workshops, and public programs.
